  • Where do you usually find good remote nonprofit jobs?

After years in the corporate world, I’m looking to transition into something that feels more mission-driven. I’d love to work remotely and contribute to a cause that matters. Where do people usually find remote nonprofit jobs that are legit?

Check out sites like Idealist.org, Work for Good, and Devex. These platforms are gold for nonprofit roles, and you can filter by ‘remote’ or ‘telecommute.’ A lot of nonprofits, especially international ones, are totally open to remote workers post-pandemic.

Don’t sleep on LinkedIn—it’s not just for corporate folks anymore. Follow organizations you care about, set up remote job alerts, and engage with their posts. A lot of nonprofits are hiring communications, grant writing, and fundraising roles that can be done from home.

I’ve found some great gigs on Indeed and Remote.co, but you have to weed through the noise. Be cautious of ‘nonprofit’ listings that are actually MLMs or exploitative unpaid internships. A solid remote nonprofit job will always be clear about salary and scope.
