Would you trade your phone for an XPhone? Maybe not
Sure! The idea of having Starlink connectivity everywhere sounds amazing, but I’d hesitate because of potential privacy concerns. A phone that’s always connected to satellites, no matter where I am, raises some red flags. Who’s handling all that data? Is it encrypted properly, and how much of my location info is being tracked? I already feel like tech companies know too much – adding SpaceX into the mix could make that even murkier.
For context, Starlink is SpaceX’s satellite internet service, and the XPhone is supposed to leverage that to give you seamless internet globally. While the tech is impressive, I’d want clearer answers on data handling and privacy policies before jumping on board. Connectivity is great, but not at the cost of feeling like Big Brother’s got a direct line to my pocket.
